Starting weight – 79.8kg, weight today- 79.4kg
Apologies, this will have to be a quick entry in my Fast 800 Diary. I woke up on day two and weighed myself, expecting miracles- there weren’t really any sadly. After my first full day of dieting, I was 0.4kg down which is just under a pound. This is great, although perhaps I’ve been conditioned by the online forums where people tell of losing 10lbs in the first week, so had hoped for a little more. Deducting .4kg from my starting weight this leaves me at 79.6kg.
One thing to note- it was a working day, so ten hours at my desk. I did a quick 15 minute dog walk before and after work, and then a 20 minute Peleton treadmill walking class in the evening. (I don’t have a peleton, just use the app with a normal treadmill). A walking class might not sound much cop but my heart rate got to 170 when we power walked hills, so it really is a proper workout.
Another quick thing- we are mid hard lockdown due to the pandemic here and as such I can only go out food shopping every 7-10 days. So my meals will probably all be similar- we have to use up what we find in the house- apologies for how boring that might be to read about! I do have the excellent recipe book* that goes with this diet- I just don’t have all the right ingredients at the moment, so am eating what I have at home already.
